Antony Tortul - La Sorga
Montagnac - Languedoc
Antony worked in a few regions in the South of France before deciding to work in the very particular way that he does. Antony is a négociant, he buys grapes from various vine-growers in different regions of the Languedoc (and beyond) and vinifies in his cellar in Béziers. He is extremely rigorous in his selection of vineyards and looks for exceptional terroir and of course organic/biodynamic viticulture. He has collected around 40 different vineyards of different terroirs, grape varieties and ages of vine (between 40 and 110) – he produces a lot of different wines!
